Understanding Domestic Abuse

This seminar seeks to help victims and those in pastoral roles to further understand what to do to identify and help with this problem.

Run by the Community Domestic Abuse Programme (CDAP) - part of Sevenoaks District Council - the seminar includes a male and female survivor,  and a man who has been through the perpetrator programme explaining what CDAP has done for him.

Covering coercive controlling behaviour as well as physical, sexual, emotional and physiological abuse, it looks at what we can do to support those affected.

At Hope Church, Mill Lane, Sevenoaks; there is a £10 charge for attendance, and lunch is provided.
